Absolutely! You can upload your design during the ordering process. Preferred file formats are PDF, SVG, PNG, or JPG. If you need assistance with creating or adjusting a design, our team is here to help.

4. Do you offer design services?

Yes, we offer design assistance for custom projects. Whether you have a rough idea or need a complete design, our experts can help bring your vision to life. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.

5. What are your lead times?

Our standard turnaround time is 5–10 business days. However, this may vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee—please contact us for details.

6. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by:

1. Filling out our Request a Quote form.

2. Providing details about your project, including size, material, and design preferences.

3. We’ll get back to you with a customized quote and timeline.

7. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship throughout South Africa. Shipping costs and timelines will depend on your location and the size of your order. International shipping may be available upon request—please inquire for details.

8. How do I care for my laser-cut items?

To maintain the quality of your products:

• Acrylic: Clean with a soft, damp cloth to avoid scratches.

• Wood: Use a dry cloth to prevent moisture damage.

• Avoid exposure to extreme heat or moisture for all materials.

9. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Changes may be accommodated if your order is still in the design or pre-production phase. Please contact us as soon as possible to request modifications.

10. What is your refund policy?

As all our products are custom-made, refunds are not typically offered unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you encounter an issue, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it.
